Rhône Risk Advisory (“RhôneRisk”, “we”, “us”) operates rhonecyber.com and the RhôneRisk cyber insurance policy analyzer. This policy describes how we collect, use, and share information when you use our website and paid analysis service.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide (name, email, password or Google sign-in).
- Policy documents and optional client context you upload so we can run an analysis.
- Billing identifiers and transaction records from our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
- Usage data such as pages viewed, checkout events, and diagnostic logs needed to operate the service.
How we use information
- To create your account, run analyses, deliver reports, and provide customer support.
- To process payments, subscriptions, credits, refunds, and invoices.
- To improve the product, prevent abuse, and meet legal or accounting obligations.
Payments
Purchases are processed by Paddle as the merchant of record. Paddle collects and processes payment details under its own privacy policy at paddle.com/legal/privacy. We receive confirmation of payment, customer identity as needed to grant access, and tax-related information.
Sharing
We share information with service providers who host the app, store files, authenticate users, send email, and process payments. We do not sell personal information. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect the service and our users.
Retention
We keep account, analysis, and billing records for as long as you have an account and as needed for tax, dispute, and legal purposes. You may request deletion of your account by emailing ryan@rhonerisk.com.
Your choices
You may access or update account information in the app, cancel a subscription through Manage billing, and request a copy or deletion of personal data by contacting us. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under applicable privacy law.
