Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) are an agreement between you and Rhône Risk Advisory (“RhôneRisk”, “we”, “us”) for use of rhonecyber.com and the RhôneRisk cyber insurance policy analyzer (the “Service”). By creating an account or completing a purchase you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

The product

RhôneRisk is software-as-a-service that analyzes a cyber insurance policy you upload and returns a structured report covering 21 coverage categories, exclusions, gaps, and related findings. Key deliverables included with a paid analysis:

• 21-category coverage audit and maturity scoring
• Exclusion / red-flag review in plain English
• Gap identification and executive summary
• Optional subscription credits, Professional/Enterprise extras (including cyberCAT on Pro and Enterprise)

The Service is an analysis tool. It is not insurance, not a broker placement, and not legal advice. Results vary by policy, carrier, and business profile.

Pricing

Current prices are published on our pricing page:

• Single Policy Analysis Credit — $49 one-time (1 analysis)
• Starter — $49 per month (5 credits)
• Professional — $99 per month (15 credits, cyberCAT access)
• Enterprise — $249 per month (40 credits, cyberCAT access, team/API features as listed on the pricing page)

Each credit unlocks one full policy analysis. Unused subscription credits do not roll over except where the Enterprise plan expressly says they do. We may change prices for future periods; the price you pay for a given checkout is shown before you confirm payment.

Accounts and acceptable use

You must provide accurate account information and only upload documents you are authorized to share. You may not reverse engineer the Service, resell reports as if they were issued by a licensed insurer, or use the Service for unlawful purposes.

Payments and Paddle

Checkout and invoicing are handled by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd and/or Paddle.com Inc), who is the merchant of record for purchases. By buying, you also agree to Paddle’s checkout terms. Subscriptions renew until cancelled in the billing portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the paid period unless we say otherwise.

Guarantee

Our published “Find It or It’s Free” guarantee applies to a completed paid analysis: if we do not identify meaningful premium savings opportunities or coverage gaps, contact ryan@rhonerisk.com and we will refund that analysis in line with the Refund Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is.” We do not warrant that a carrier will pay a claim, that savings will be realized, or that the report is complete for every jurisdiction. To the extent permitted by law, Rhône Risk Advisory is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability for a purchase is limited to the amount you paid for the relevant credit or then-current subscription period.
